KC - Most of our donations just showed up, but if you have sent out 200 letters and have not gotten any responses, including rejection letters, after 4 weeks, I would follow up with a phone call to a select few just to see.

Last year we offered a tour of our local news station and a chance to watch a live news cast.

Can Anyone tell me? I sent out Request in Janurary through regular mail and have not heard a response. Our auction is in April. I am trying to avoid using postage to and resend them. How many items or things were requested and you had no idea were coming and just showed up. I have a list of over 200 request.
