The ULTIMATE Donation List

We had an auction last night and did the Global Safari. It went for $4500. Since you have to split the amount with the company, we asked the other bidder if he also woudl buy one for $4500--he said yes so splitting it with the company--we did make $4500. It might be worth it for you to do that--if it gets that high then its pretty obvious the other person has an amount of money to spend and is interested. We also had in the program--what was included and what was not and made sure people knew airfare was not included. From what I understand--the one safari was going to be 4 guys going so they just planned to split expenses four ways.

If you're looking for a super efficient easy way to make money when your donors go on their next vacation, check out www.OneSpareWeek.com

You can build a website quickly and it will be branded with YOUR logo, your photos, links to other stuff about your organization etc.
See example site at: cves.OneSpareWeek.com

Hope you'll build your private label site today. If you have questions, feel free to contact me or send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

I hope this helps and I hope you like our site. We're working hard to gather vacations and hope to have $100MM in vacations by later this year.

Thanks for checking us out!

Dont know how much response I will actually get back but wanted to share.

I went to our state locally made website. In KY its Kentucky Proud, I emailed a lot of local producers that I wouldnt have thought of otherwise. Such as bee keepers who make local honey and people to donate fruit!

Hi Heather,

Wanted to mention that you can find some template for writing donation requests in our File Exchange, such as this one: www.ptotoday.com/filesharing/document/10...ion-request-letter-1

The File Exchange also has a ton of files related to auction management in general that you might find useful.

Here's the link: www.ptotoday.com/filesharing/category/10-auctions

Good luck!
