We did the hot air balloon ride - they gave us one which we got to keep what we got for it. Gave us two others for a percentage and neither of them sold.
FYI all - Canvas On Demand is no longer taking donation requests (probably inundated!). maybe if they "get a break" from so many requests they'll resume next year....?
I have an entire spreadsheet I use - this is such a huge undertaking and major time commitment that I think sharing our resources is a great idea!!! Sure we are competing with each other sometimes to get the donations, but we are also helping to give back to others, which is kind of what we are asking all these companies to do! This is where I've send requests out for this year so far. Some of them I always get turned down for, but some are so exciting to get positive responses from!!
