Question: Golf Tournament Fundraiser

Does anyone have a complete planning guide on how to go about planning a golf tournament fundraiser? I have read the articles here but I need a "Guide for Dummies" so to speak to see if this a viable option for next year.

It is somewhat of a “guide for dummies,’’ and it includes a step-by-step list of planning suggestions (what to do six months ahead, three months ahead, the day of the tournament, etc.) This could be a useful tool for you.
