We are starting a new PTO can the principle elect the first Executive Board?

And you will need to get PTO Bylaws in effect so everyone knows how your PTO will be conducted in business and what duties each ect. Your Principal in PTO usually is allowed to be on the Board check that out? But giving the parents oportunity to vote lets them have a say. You don't want to start out with people thinking the principal chose who they wanted. It's safer in my opinion to have it voted on.
