Monday morning here and HELLO ~ does everyone need to be so needy this early in the morning ... I mean they could at least wait until I chug my first cup of extremly strong coffee.
Thanks for the rain everyone ... did way to many plantings this weekend ... got sun burn in places a woman really shouldn't :eek: ... very glad I don't have to stand out there all afternoon watering.
Off to what will be a 'way to long' conference call ... everyone take care and try to have a relaxing Monday.

Swimming sounds good! We've had rain everyday this week so no pool for a week.

Okay--woohoo---neighbor is leaving for a week and we get the pool as much as we want too again. I LOVE that...of course we have to take care of the pool etcetera but it is worth it. Hot as the dickens here -- and of course I decide to slow roast a pork shoulder for tonight. But that's okay--the smell of the rub is AMAZING...and I'm already tasting it. The boys are eating non stop so I really miss the cafeteria lady--as I am now HER.
Hope you are all surviving--Menlo--keep counting the days till it is all said and done...not sure which is easier--all the PTO work or the work of having all the guys home every day. I love it but it is a lot of work!!!!

I do like our calendar. It was weird when my daughter first started school but she'll be a 5th grader this time. We start early, but also get out of school before Memorial Day. We get a fall break, 3 weeks at Christmas, spring break and several 3 and 4 day weekends when it's teacher workday time.

I really love it. I was a stay at home mom for a while, but now I substitute at her school so it's really great.

I'm trying not to freak out with the back to school stuff! I'm PTO president for the second year with all new officers and a new principal.

OMG--I feel like we're just getting started Menlo. Do you like the earlier stop and start. We don't go back till September 6th or 7th or something like that. Weird...d
