Follow up to my follow ups:

From Green Mtn Coffee, I recieved one box with a gift box in it, packed similar to a Hickory Farms with ribbon, filling, etc, it has 3 bags of whole bean coffee.
In the other box, I got 100 bags of 8 cup each House Blend which we plan on having on the table with raffles at $2 a bag. I tried a bag and am impressed! I had never had their coffee before but I'll look for it now, definitely better taste than cheaper coffee so I'm a good salesman for it.

I also received a package from Leon Loard oil portraits...I dont recall requesting a donation from them but the letter said I did. Not sure what this is about...anyone know anything? Its high end, gift certificate for $1150 off a commissioned portrait which starts at $8000. As I think about it, if someone wants this, let me know. This is too high end for our events. I even got a call from the artist who wanted to come to the event. They have a facebook or find them at leonloard.com. The display set up is very nice.

Still havent heard from AirTran or Wheel of Fortune...many others but until I hear something, not worth mentioning.

In order to be considered for receipt of a product donation for a raffle
or auction, a completed American Girl Application Form must be received
at least six weeks prior to the event. We have included a link to the

I am so excited! My event is tonight and I just got the Canvas on Demand. I read that someone else applied to them just a couple of days before their event and received so I did the same. I applied Friday night & received it today. This site has been amazing and I thank all of you. This year I only got Keurig, Disney, & Canvas but I started on this site late. I can't wait to get started for next year. Did anyone have info on how they contacted American Girl?

Valentine021477- I faxed form in January and never heard anything so I emailed last week Loree in customer service she said she never got it - I refaxed and last night received the UPS confirmation of shipment. Our auction is next Sat and the pearls will arrive on 3/14 - I emailed today Loree to get a description of what they sent... It is good to follow-up..
