The ULTIMATE Donation List

Mustang Mom - the Wheel of Fortune package just showed up - I had requested it in early November and it only came about 2 weeks ago, about a month shy of our event. Dogswell we also contacted mid-November. Got an email out of the blue two weeks ago that they would be sending the package the week of 3/11 - which is the very week before our event.
I also applied to AirTran, back on 2/1 - have not heard a thing.

Nichole - I'm glad your event was so successful! Congrats! Were there any items that you found from these PTO posts that seemed to really work well and resonate with the attendees other than the Wheel of Fortune package? Just curious!

To MMA- Air Tran I requested on Feb 2, and about Feb 22 I rec'd an email stating that 2 roundtrip air vouchers would arrive soon. The vouchers came US Mail a few days later.

We had our event last night and it was a great success!

Everyone loved the Wheel of Fortune basket! It was the talk of the night. This item just arrived in the mail without any notification.

Update on my prior posts:

From Your True Nature, I received a nice water bottle and "FROG" ball cap.

From American Girl, I got a NO. First time I had applied on behalf of this school. I did get a doll last Fall for another school I work with. They did not give a specific reason, more of a generic letter.

From Estee Lauder, I got a quick NO but there was a note attached that they need 4 months notice and I only had a month.

I have not heard from Dogswell, AirTran, Wheel of Fortune and some other popular ones on here...and I made requests the second week of Jan.

I got a NO from Nestle Water as well.

Our local Dominos is great about donating pizzas for us to sell and giving certificates for free items we hand out or put in goody bags. Also, Chipotle is good about donating boxes of chips with individual salsas. Contact your local store...same for Ben & Jerrys, they've always given when I drop off a letter locally.

Hello All. There is so much great info here. I've been trying to sort through it all. I've receievd my first donation on Friday from PinkCalyx.com - a $50 gift certificate. Last year our group bought most of the prizes our selves so this is exciting to know that companies actually donate!

My event is scheduled for May. If anyone has a master list for NJ/NY/PA area(s) they are willing to share, please email me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Thanks so much.

You receive a letter from American Girl before the doll arrives to let you know you will be receiving one. The letter comes about 2-3 weeks before the doll.

I submitted it on their website through the contact us link. www.bluerhino.com/BRWEB/Help/Contact-Blue-Rhino.aspx I just chose any category.

Bummed that I just got a denial from Stampn Up. They require a 30-day notice but no more than 90-days and I gave them 26 days... oh so close.

American Girl requires a 6 week notice and will not donate if you have received a doll from them in the past three years.

Hope this helps.
