Im in Texas and wanted to tell you that without this board we wouldnt have gotten in as many items and our auction isnt until Aug. We still have a long way to go and lots more emails and faxes to send out but I have been successful by googling My area (county) towns and Sponsors....Its amazing what will come up! Local festivals that have had auctions or financial sponsors, I am able to click on them and link to them and find an email and send them my letter.

I have also googled City Team Sponsors and found other sponsors that way! It has helped me find donors that I wouldnt have thought of....and those who are more apt to donate since they have in the past.

Hope this helps!

thank you all so much! our event was last night and it was a huge success! We raised over $14,000 where previous years raised only around $5,000. This was due in part to all of you that posted and gave me ideas as to where to go for donations. This post Rocks!

@PaulaF - We sent in for our doll in February as well. We received it about 3 or 4 weeks ago. We received the letter in the mail, and later that day the UPS man dropped it off. Although we are very close to their headquarters in Wisconsin.

Good luck!

Don't feel bad about Your True Nature, last year we had a no but this year we got a yes a few months ago so I was excited. Donation showed up today and it was a poster of teacher info and a couple of paper book marks. After such long anticipation, the reality of the donation was a bit of a let down. Will probably not apply next year. They are a cool company with great stuff, but this type of donation does not do much for our event.
