Question: One person on two boards at the school

Can a person hold the same position on two different boards for the school?

As long as the person is able to do both jobs well and the two boards don't have conflicting goals, I think that would be OK. On the other hand, if there's a second person who is capable and interested in one of the jobs, I would be more inclined to give that second person a chance.
