We are planning on having an all around FREE MOVIE NIGHT. No charge for admission, no charge for pizza and popcorn etc. Do we still need to purchase a license?

That's great that you are doing a movie night for your school -- and at no cost to families. However, you will still need to purchase a license to show the movie, even if you are not charging for admission or snacks. Currently, a one-time fee is $100. You could also consider an annual fee. Those prices vary and you would have to contact the movie licensor directly
