For Christmas morning, I cook a breakfast cassserole. i fix it all the night before, so that we can just slip it in the oven when we get up and by the time the kids are done with everything, it is done cooking. plus, when I am making the sausage for sausaage balls for christmas eve, i just throw extra in for the casserole, and all i have to do is dump the eggs, cheese and bread in. So easy!
