If you want to add another standing rule to a group of standing rules, all you need to do is create it, bring it to your voting body, have someone second it, and then vote on it. It takes a majority of votes to pass. If you want to change the wording of an existing rule, go through the same steps but it takes a 2/3 affirmative vote to change g previously passed. If you give your voters previous notice it will just take a majority. The simplest way to standardize your Standing rules can be to put them in a list format. If you have paragraphs let becomes more cumbersome to amend them. If they are that detailed, you may consider creating a policy manual to supplement your rules.
