Well, Dawlings, I just stuck my little ole head in hear to see how yall doing and I find out I am 87% Dixie! Now imagine that!!

D-I've thought about you cause I know you are fromt he VA area. My heart just breaks for those poor kids. Hard to understand someone with so much viciousness. And now this stuff at NASA today. Too much violence.

We are in the middle of standardized testing this week with the kids. They are so wiped out today, they are jsut laying all over the couch. We are fixing to watch Charlottes Web after Spongebob goes off.

CC-Hows the house coming along? When is the move?

42% (Yankee). Barely into the Yankee category.
That's what I get for starting in NY, going to FL for 2 1/2 years, Ireland for a year, back to FL then back to NY, to CT, and settling in NY. (And I was the one voted in high school most likely to be the forever traveler and never settle back here!!)

Sun's out, snow is almost gone, buds on the trees, going to 70 degrees AND it's Friday!:D

LUV - those tacos are going on the list of "to try" camping this summer. Simple and fun!

Shawn - great links (yes, even the dwarfs!)

I've decided to lean on my oldest girl toward construction. She's already broken two windows and cracked one (basement level) from stray soccer ball kicks. She finally listened after the ball was taken away for a week when she kept kicking it toward the house. THEN? She started aiming for the fence! My husband had to put in 3 braces to keep it up last fall when it started to lean over toward our neighbors. But, it's good and strong for her now. Our budding star...

The youngest, culinary school. She would take over cooking dinner every night for me if I'd let her and she's a ham! Could be the next Rachel Ray, you never know.

Everybody have a beautiful weekend!;)

That was fun! I'm a 62% Dixie. My grandma, from Texas, only got a 56% maybe too many years in Kansas. lol! She thought it was fun, too.
We did a reading night last night and had a ton of fun. I really love our new principal, it's too bad i've had no one like her in my 5 other years doing PTO or I probably wouldn't be so burned out on it all.

The irony of commitment is that it’s deeply liberating-in work, in play, in love. The act frees you from the tyranny of your internal critic, from the fear that likes to dress itself up and parade around as rational hesitation. To commit is to remove your head as the barrier to your life. --Anne Morris
