The ULTIMATE Donation List

This list site has been very helpful for us! So far we have received:
4 Disney park hopper passes
kuerig machine and coffee
Signed poster from carol Anderson
$50 gift cert from PinkCalyx

waiting on response from several others and only one rejection: Marriot.

Has anyone had luck with any hotel chains to go along with disney tickets? Also I heard Universal studios will donate tickets but only of you already have travel and hotel to go along with it!

There are a bunch of useful auction docs in the auction category of our file exchange , including donation request letters and donation thank you letters.Think that the letters will also help you script your calls.
Good luck with your event!

This is great. We applied to most listed on here and got from:

Walt Disney World (4 one day park hoppers, $525; got email confirmation back within a day or two)
Wheel of Fortune (4 VIP passes, no answer, just received the cert)
AirTran (2 r/t tickets, up to $1k; took a while, finally got an answer)
Keurig (premium coffee machine with coffee, responded immediately asking for more info)
Stamp it Up (scrapbooking, $300ish; they did not respond, we just got pkg. 2 months later)

We also got SeaWorld (contacted them via email on their site, they emailed back with the form/info/fax # to apply to, got vouchers 2-3 weeks later)

JetBlue said no (right around same time AirTran said yes, so I am guessing -- pure guess -- that the online company that handles their requests gives one or the other sometimes).

Also got some coupons from General Mills and Ben and Jerrys ... and a basket from TrueNature.

I got all these addresses/web sites, etc., from this message board. Start at page 1, and work your way forward. Some have been inundated with requests from us PTO people, so may say no or be out of....

BTW, in the past have received American Girl and Vermont Teddy Bear, but they do not give every year, so didn't ask this year. But you should....

I also received Keurig and it was very quick and all online. I am so excited nd thankful to you all for that one.
I live in the San Diego, Ca area and I received Zoo/Wild Animal Park passes with a letter to the address on the website. (you do have to be in So Cal to receive it).
I got the GM at Elephant Bar to give me a $25 GC and a stack of free kids meals and free dessert coupons. For that one I sent an e-mail to the website and was contacted by the local GM (just FYI they also do restaurant nights which are cool).
I got some BOGO coupons for Legoland with a letter sent to the address posted on the website (also must be So Cal resident to get it).
I got 2 tickets for a harbor excrusion with Hornblower cruises with a letter.
I got a family 4 pack of tickets to the Birch Aquarium with an e-mail on the website contact us page.
I received 2 - $25 gift certificates to Sammy Woodfire Grill with a letter. I first e-mailed from the website and the local rep sent me a response on where to send a letter for donations.

Thank you all for all of the great ideas and I wish you all good luck with your donation requests. Keep letting us know what your getting and how we LOVE it!!
