I received two one week summer camp donations. One from Above and Beyond Soccer and the other from House of Talent. These are specialty camps in my area so you may want to check out the summer camps in your town.

Ask customer service at Whole Foods for donation request form. I've received a huge food gift in reusable bag and am picking up a body & spa gift in a couple weeks.

Raising Canes chicken frequently donates ice tea to our PTO events, chicken tenders to our football team dinners and gift cards for teachers and giveaways. They've also given me a couple $20 gift baskets. Ask in the store or go online.

I went in and found addresses on their walls near the registers (easy enough) or asked in person. All it took was a phone call or a letter and I've received gift cards every time and quickly.

Cheeseburger in Paradise has student reward certificates for a free kids meal, just ask mgt. Also received gift certificate for $30.

Check with your local Mary Kay director. They're usually eager to offer a nice basket which helps promote their business as well.

Ben & Jerry's donated 2 certificates for ice cream cakes at the store. I've found most websites dont have a way to solicit, but going in and talking with a manager and having a letter on letterhead most always works. Worked with Applebees, Ragazzis, TGI Fridays, Kroger, Food Lion, Giant & Harris Teeter.

New to me: Smoothie King is donating free gift cards and offering samples at our prom dress sale.

Received $20 gift certificate plus coupons good for 1 year. Submitted 02/01/2010 and received in the mail 02/04/2010

I also went to my local Outback and received a gift certificate and gift basket. A couple of my local wineries gave us a gift certificate for wine tasting for two.

Just starting out. Time will tell.

Hello

I have had success with the below this year so far. Many of the authors and companies listed in previous posts have responded that they are inundated with requests all of a sudden and are unable to help at this time. I think we may be overloading them? I wonder? Any suggestions or thoughts...
