Hello!

I was wondering if anyone in the Tri-State area has had any luck with asking companies for donations? I haven't seen any New York companies listed that some of you may have had success with.

I did contact the New York Red Bulls and they sent us an autographed photo. We were thinking about some of the museums but we weren't sure if anyone else has tried.

This thread is really loaded with great info. Since it is getting long, thought it would be helpful to repost slfournier's original message and guidelines below:

I've noticed that a lot of the listings for auction/raffle donations are quite old. Both the economy and company policies change over time, so I am starting a new Thread. I have found it tedious to go through pages and pages of a thread to get what we all really want - Names and contact info of national corporate donors people have been successful with. So, I ask the following:

PLEASE:
1) Only list sources you have had success with.
2) If you have questions for a poster, please contact them directly - not through this thread. This thread is supposed to be a Listing.
3) Use the following format for your listing

COMPANY NAME
-- Mailing Address -or- URL for online form
-- How long it took you to get a response
-- What did the company donate?
-- Your comments
Please note: although no board code and smiley buttons are shown, they are still usable.
